Ugenia Lavender

Ugenia Lavender
by Geri Halliwell.

Ugenia Lavender isn't happy! She's not pleased about leaving the beautiful sites of Egypt for rainy England. Ugenia has been following her parents, a TV presenter and a dinosaur expert, around the world and now she has to settle down in the beige house, with the beige carpets and the beige walls. On top of that, Ugenia has to start at a new school, with girls who just love to hate her... what will Ugenia do?

Competition alert!

We've got ten signed copies of Ugenia Lavender to give away to ten lucky Brownies. All you need to do is answer a simple question.

The author of Ugenia Lavender, Geri Halliwell, used to be in which girl band?

  1. Spice Girls
  2. Girls Aloud

Hannah, the Brownie Book Club Editor thinks this...

Ugenia Lavender is an excellent book for anyone who has to move to a new area or is starting a new school in September. As well as telling the crazy story of her day-to-day antics, you also get fab top tips from Ugenia on how to cope with difficult situations. Everyone will love Ugenia, she's the crazy best friend you wish you had at school. She gets into mischief but still manages to save the day!

Abby, aged seven thinks this...

I want to buy all these books. Ugenia is so cool. She reminds me of my friend at school called Mia. I had to start a new school last year so I knew how Ugenia felt.
