Win tickets to see Science of Survival at the Science Museum
We've got some tickets to give away to four lucky Brownies! You'll also be able to take four of your bestest friends along with you (one of these will probably have to be Mum, Dad, Big Bro, Big Sis...) If you don't live near the Science Museum then don't panic! You can still enter. Those amazing people at the Science Museum are also giving away £45 travel expenses with each batch of tickets, which will help pay for your train fare! What's Science of Survival all about?
The Science of Survival is an exciting, hands-on exhibition where you
can find out about how our lives might be affected by changing climate
and the availability of resources, as well as get an idea of how we
might live in 2050. During your adventure into 2050 you will be asked to design your own superfood for the future, it could be flavour changing chewing gum made with nanotechnology, or sweets that include a life-saving vaccine. You can challenge your friends in the fast paced driving game, Future Journey, where you will need to choose an innovative new vehicle to transport as many people as possible to a party in the 2050 city. In each area, you will also see, up close, amazing artefacts from around the world that might help us to live more sustainable lives. These include water-saving devices like the toilet-lid sink, clothing that protects you from the sun and a model of the PIVO electric car. How can I win tickets? If you would like to win a set of tickets for you and your friends plus £45 travel expenses, all you need to do is draw what you think the Brownie uniform will look like in 2050. Will it be silver like a spacesuit? Will it still have Brownies written on the front? Send your futuristic designs to: Science of Survival competition The closing date for this fabulous competition is Monday 30 June. If you don’t win, don’t miss out on the chance
