How to create an account

• Register your details by clicking on the 'Register now' link in the Login box on the home page.
• You will then be sent an email with a link, click on this link to activate your account.
• You will then need to upgrade your account to access the secure areas of the website.

How do I find my membership number?

There are two ways to locate your membership number:

• The six or seven-digit number on the front of the plastic wrapper of your guiding magazine.
• The number at the bottom of your appointment card.

How do I update my details?

• Click on the My account link at the top of the page.
• Enter your change of details and click on the 'Update my details' button.
• You will then be sent an email to confirm your update.

Please note that this is not the same as upgrading you account.

I can't remember my login details

• Click on the 'Forgotten password?' link in the Login box on the home page.
• Type in your email address.
• Click on the 'Email me my login details' button.
• You will then be sent an email with your username and password.
